Exchange can be done within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To initiate exchange, reach out us on above mentioned email address.
Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are available for a charge of ₹250, applicable for changes in size, product, or piece. (Need to be paid upfront)
• The exchange process typically takes 10-12 business days from the date of pickup.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired product is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE DURING SALE PERIOD. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
